Studio policies
- Please No kids under 10 years at the studio at any time.
- Please Kindly call the studio if you are running a few minutes late, appointment that late more than 15-20 minutes will more likely to be reschedule.
- All online booking required deposit.
- Deposited are required for all new clients
- No refund on hair, makeup or photography services. Please notify the studio within 3-7 days if you have any questions or concerns about your service.
Cancelation Policy
50% of the service or $100 minimum deposit are required to book all services. As the studio schedule is booked a few weeks ahead, cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours before the scheduled service. Less than 48 hours notice of service cancellation will result in being charge $50 for cancelation fee and 50% of the service will be charge for less than 24 hours.
NO SHOW or any LAST MINUTE CANCELATION appointment will be charged 100% of the service.
